Our Christmas Boards combine the comforting traditions of the Old World with the exciting innovativeness of the New World. On Mini and Small Platters, we offer up a lush Triple Creme; a crowd-pleasing Spanish three milk Manchego-style; and an English Cheddar that wows everyone, every time. We also add a local sweet/savory spread, dried Pears and Apricots, Oregon hazelnuts, and organic crackers to round it all out. Large Platters embrace all the above, but sub out the American Triple Creme for an Italian cow and sheep Robiola and add on a California Blue. Platters that include Charcuterie will include both domestic and imported cured meats. Those who’re looking to avoid beef or pork will have turkey and/or lamb salamis, and an option to include chicken or duck pate. We’re proud of this well-curated selection and are confident your guests will be thrilled with the presentation.
