Powered by Zwilling Cooking Studio, Soul Brewing Company, and, naturally, Second Mouse Cheese Shop, we’ll be oom-pah-pah-ing all day long with exceptional craft brews, curated cheeses and cooking demos by the fine chefs at Zwilling Cooking Studio.
Soul will be pouring their NYS & GABF Gold Medal Winner, Pleasantbrau Oktoberfest, as well as other traditional German style beers.
Zwilling will be presenting 4 chef-driven dished, paired with bold brews and Second Mouse artisanal cheeses. Think Beer Can Chicken with Zucchini Salad; Sausage with Caraway Cabbage; and Poached Pears topped with Beer Sabayon and Toasted Hazelnuts.
There’ll also be PRIZES!!!! Beer Packages, Cheese Platters, Zwilling gear. Does it get any better?!?!?
