Pasteurized Cow Milk, Salt, Cultures, Vegetarian Enzymes
Brooton, MN
This award-winning Minnesota cheese is a French-style munster that has been washed with local Minnesota 14 Whiskey from nearby Panther Distillery. Its creaminess, funk and pungency are exactly what we are going for. The rind is tied with muslin to keep its ooey gooey paste inside. Warm it up for extra everything.
North Fork Whiskey Washed Munster may have mold growth on the rind. No need to worry, it is still perfectly safe to eat! We suggest slicing the top rind off and scooping the paste out
Beppie Bio-Schapen Gouda
Organic Sheep Milk, Salt, Cultures, Enzymes
Treur, Woerden, Netherlands
This lactic, little-bit crunchy, creamy, modest organic sheep milk gouda is a delight. Somewhat herbal, somewhat sweet, this cheese is an adventure for your palate, as it turns tangy and lingers. Sheep milk is often easier to digest than cow milk, and is celebrated as a cholesterol-fighting protein.
Isle of Mull Cheddar
Raw Cow Milk, Salt, Cultures, Enzymes
Tobermory Isle of Mull, Scotland
This hefty and massive (52 pound!!!) wheel of Scottish cheddar is as rustic and transporting as we imagine it to be. It’s buttery up front, crumbly and drier than expected. It turns boozy and savory with hints of peat and even citrus. Made with the milks of Swiss Brown, Swedish and Norwegian red cows in a temperamental climate, each batch is different from the last. The Reade family makes this cheddar using sustainable energy harnessed from wind, wood and their own hydroelectric power plant.
Island Bakery Isle of Mull Cheese Biscuits
Tobermory, Isle of Mull, Scotland
This pack of savory biscuits brings a taste of Scottish heritage to your snack time. Made with Farmhouse Cheddar, these biscuits are a testament to the bakery's artisanal craftsmanship and commitment to quality.
Fruits of the Forage Onion Cider Chutney
Cheshire, England
Our go-to sweet and savory, slightly sour spread. Perfect with Cheddar, in particular, Chutneys get the tang from a splash of vinegar. Fruits of the Forage make their products exclusively with what grows nearby their farm in northern England.

Somewhere between cream and butter lies Clotted Cream, a rich, high-butterfat, spread that elevates any dessert. Spread this wonderfully simple concoction on your scones for a sophisticated afternoon snack.

Our Cheese of the Month Club started as a means of supporting small, regional artisan producers during the hardship of COVID. It was an enormous success, and we’re proud to have given a little boost to the hard working folk who provide us with nourishment and joy. Each month, we also gave 10% of our Club’s sales to a Charity or Agricultural Organization doing something we thought noble. We’ll be keeping that custom moving forward, but expanding the selection a bit to include cheeses from across the US and around the world. Each month will feature small-batch products made by real humans with genuine love for the products they bring to market. Three cheeses, a curated sweet or savory condiment, and crackers or biscuits are always included, as are descriptions of what you’re about to enjoy. Some months may include an added bonus. A collection of artisanal goods, a hint of whimsy, a sprinkling of feel-good, and a hefty portion of delicious. Also - commitments as short as one month. Whatcha waitin’ for?
