We opened our doors in April of 2019 and have been bringing joy to your table ever since. Thank YOU for voting us Best Cheese Shop (3x) -and- Best Charcuterie Business (2x), purveyors of Best Grilled Cheese, and overall Best New Shop.
These awards are testaments to our approach. We carry at least 100 highly lauded cheeses at any given time, mostly domestic to boot. Our cured meats are produced with humane animal welfare practices and highest quality standards. Our breads, crackers, oils & vinegars, pestos, jams, chutneys, honeys and sweets are all small batch and inclusive of the local economy in which they’re made. We’re proud of that. We also think you can taste the difference.
However, in these trying times, business only seems to get more complicated. We work hard to get you the artisanal products that you love and that we value. Our very well-informed staff is here to walk you through the complexities of each and every item. Our Prepared Foods and Platters provide an opportunity to taste our products as they should be served. Our wholesale program and monthly charitable donations prove our commitment to community. And our Classes & Events shed professional grade light on what happens behind the scenes. Most importantly, we’re happy people. And so are our customers.
