Nothing says summer better than Gazpacho. We make ours from scratch with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, Sherry vinegar, organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a ton of spices and a whole lotta love. Served cold. Spoons not required. (Gazpacho, btw, is NOT gluten-free.)
