None of us are strangers to the comforting qualities of some foods. Rarely, though, do we consider combining them. Cheese and chocolate may sound like odd bedfellows, but we're thrilled to prove to you otherwise. We'll rely mostly on dark chocolates and combine them with each of the five major cheese categories for an in-depth exploration of why these wondrously nutritious yet decadent products work so well. From fermentation, to sweet-salty balance, to infusions and probably a stiff drink or two, this'll be a night to remember.
