Our Charcuterie (dictionary definition: Meat) Boards are composed of 3-5 varieties of cured meats, arranged around fresh fruit, nuts, olives, dried fruit, savory jam and bread or crackers. We are able to accommodate gluten-free, nut free, pork-free and beef-free options, but we otherwise ask that you trust our judgment for the selection.

Mini Boards (serving 6) are arranged on an 11” round custom dark wood platter. They feature three or four cured meats (on average, a little over a pound in total), as well as all the accompaniments listed above. Everything will be labeled, so you’ll know exactly what you’re about to enjoy.

Small Boards (serving 10) are arranged on an 12” square custom dark wood platter. They feature three or four cured meats (on average, about 1.5 pounds in total), as well as all the accompaniments listed above. Everything will be labeled, so you’ll know exactly what you’re about to enjoy.

Large Boards (serving 20) are arranged on an 16” square custom dark wood platter. They feature three or four cured meats (on average, a little over 3 pounds in total), as well as all the accompaniments listed above. Everything will be labeled, so you’ll know exactly what you’re about to enjoy.
